Thanks to my parents who sponsored a trip to Hongkong as one of their graduation gift for me. It is my second time to ride on an airplane and a first on an international flight. But unfortunately, we did not flew as a family during our flight it is because my mom and family was left in the immigration and was not allowed to travel. They lack the requirements of leave from their superior. I was hoping for a sincere consideration of their case because it is our first time to travel internationally. FROM THE WEIGHING OF BAGGAGE UP TO THE IMMIGRATION HEAD OFFICER, THERE WAS A RED TAPE GOING ON! I FELT ASHAMED OF BEING A FILIPINO. CAN'T WE JUST DO OUR JOB HONESTLY AND CLEAN? Because of that incident, I was really crying while on board not until take off. But my mom promised me that they will catch up the next day.

I wanted to plunge in the clouds.
After an almost 3-hour travel, we arrived in the majestic airport of Hongkong. It was really really really big. I was wow-ed. We needed to ride a bus to be transferred to the arrival area for the processing of our passports. What I do not like about the people in Hongkong is that they do not speak English fluently and others do not know at least a single word of English. So, we needed to rely on our self and read signs in order to survive the hell that we are into.

On our way to find a bus. The flat escalator was awesome.
BTW, we were outside the airport and I asked my cousin if the place was still on aircon but she said no. That is how cold in Hongkong. You will learn to love the weather. And... We were able to find our bus going to Tsim Sha Tsui. It was my first time to ride on a bus of 2-storey and is fully equipped of WiFi. It was an amazing facility. We traveled an hour going to our destination. I was amused with the streets of Kowloon because of their colorful and fancy lights. It was a literal eyegasm for tourist like me.

Dinner @ Fairwood
My cousin who is a domestic helper in Hongkong for 2 years I guess treated us for a dinner because that was already around 8 in the evening. There was a little shower of rain in the streets but we continued to journey and started to visit heritages after the eat. We passed through subways to reach our destination.
